There are no per-user fees and no credit card. Pro removes the engagement limit at $249 a month billed annually. Enterprise starts at $1,200 a month billed annually and adds MCP and API access to your Customer Intelligence Layer, model usage passed through at cost, SSO, role-based access control, audit logs, and support commitments.
Yes, you can uninstall Stipulate at any time through your Slack workspace settings under Apps & Integrations. All associated data will be removed according to our privacy policy.
When you uninstall Stipulate, we will delete all your workspace data within 30 days, in accordance with our data retention policy.
